Mr. Borum co-founded Direct Marketing Solutions, a "Top 50" call center agency, which was acquired by RDI in 1998. DMS primarily served the Fortune 500 market, specializing in Outbound, B-to-B and Inbound services. Jim has also served as a consultant to Fortune 500 clients including Sprint, BellSouth, IBM, Siemens and Panasonic.
A talented educator, Jim has conducted over 350 training sessions for over 18,000 employees. His expertise creates an unparalleled level of customer service for RDI clients.
Jim attended the University of North Florida for his undergraduate studies in Business Administration, and is a graduate of the Johnson Graduate School of Management, Executive Leadership Program at Cornell University.
Providing more than 25 years experience in sales and marketing in the tele-service industry, Jim's role is all encompassing. He works directly with the site management teams to retain RDI's award-winning service levels of customer service. Additionally, Jim leads RDI's Client Services Group by providing Training & Education as well as Inbound Services.
