Mr. Trebbi directs RDI's day-to-day operations and serves as the chief liaison between clients and RDI's operations management team. Additionally, he is responsible for strategic business planning which includes sales management and site expansion.
After graduating in 1995 with a Marketing degree from Western Michigan University, Bronson joined RDI, which at the time was primarily a market research firm with a small call center that supported its survey business. Bronson recognized the surging opportunity in the rapidly growing call center industry and plunged into the emerging environment. Under Bronson's leadership, RDI has grown from a single 24 workstation location to the continuously growing 7 location, 2500 workstation company it is today. Initially, Bronson was a project manager focused on daily production and client interaction. He was responsible for project design, call scripting, goal management, daily communication and reporting to clients.
In 1998, as the business continued to grow, Bronson shifted his focus from operations to client services and new business development. He applied his knowledge of the business and client service skills into long-term relationship development. Bronson was able to secure several Fortune 500 clients, allowing RDI to grow its infrastructure. Beyond his business development focus for RDI, Bronson continues to serve as a pivotal communication liaison between RDI's clients and his management team.
With his guidance in building successful programs and managing successful teams, clients receive his 18 years of call center expertise as part of their daily offering. His rigorous approach to quality service is ensured through his hands-on involvement at all levels of the operation.
As client needs continue to grow in sophistication, Bronson has pushed RDI forward through the development of new technology and cutting edge contact center services, making RDI the industry leader in client satisfaction.
